We offer ONLINE BILL PAY AND PAPERLESS BILLING! Visit www.xpressbillpay.com to sign up. You will need your full account number. In addition, payments can be dropped off at the drive-up drop box located in the City Hall parking lot or called in over the phone using a credit card. If none of those options appeal to you, we are always happy to take your payment in person too!
